Hahei Beach is said to be the most beautiful beach in New Zealand. The bay is tucked between cliffs. The golden sand shines under the bright blue sky. A few islands lie offshore. Truly a stunning spot. From the beach, we follow a trail to Cathedral Cove. The path winds up and down toward one of New Zealand’s most famous bays. The last part descends via stairs. We arrive at the beach. To our left lies Cathedral Cove. A ten-meter-high arch in the rock leads to a second bay. The beach and sea rocks make for a perfect picture.
